What is a PTA & what do we do?
PTA stands for Parent Teacher Association. We are an organisation made up of parent and staff volunteers, hoping to create fun ways to raise money, for school support and events.
We consist, as a minimum, of a Chair, Treasurer and Secretary and a small group of members. As a group we come together virtually approximately six times a year to chat about ideas and making them happen.
Children love having their parents in school, so we believe it can also benefit them, whilst improving their educational environment and you can make friends too! It’s hugely satisfying when we’re able to help our school fund extra resources.
We want to make fundraising fun!
The PTA is open to any adult with a connection to our school.

Your key committee members this year are:

- Secretary: Shirley Rhodes
In addition, we have a small merry band of additional committee members and we are always looking for more members who can help put events together in the run up to a date as well as on the day.

In order for us to connect with the needs and wishes of all children across the school, it would be wonderful if we could have at least one parent/friend to represent each class. It could be you!
